   A New Policy on a Ban on smoking near the Beach has been Implemented by France.   By Seidu Rafii-at   On 29 th June, 2025.      After a long term in France a new policy has been implemented against smoking around the beach  and various measures are being put into place to punish lawbreakers .      Anyone who lights up on a beach or in a public park in France will be breaking the law from Sunday under new rules aimed at protecting children from the dangers of passive smoking. Bus shelters and areas in the immediate vicinity of libraries, swimming pools and schools will also be affected by the ban, which is coming into force one day after its publication in the official government gazette on Saturday.  An air Indian flight bound for London has crashed in India's western city  Ahmedabad with at least 242 people as passengers. Following to the incident the ministry of civil aviation said Air India has been ordered to carry out “additional maintenance actions “ on its Boeing 787-8/9 aircraft engine equipped with GE Aerospace GEnx engines.  There was speculation that India could ground 787 flights, but it has stopped short of  doing that so far.
